THE CUP

 

 Actually this cup is  very important in making a delicacies which is puto, because it  is where the puto mold and there is a story behind that cups of puto,   way back 3 years ago we have a 500pcs of cups of puto but now we have only less than 200 pcs... i really dont  know kung saan na napunta yung mga cup ng puto ni nanay ...kaya ngayon tuwing may mga order  na lang namin ginagamit itong circular molder na ito which is super nakakangawit lagyan ng mantika isa isa para lang di pumakat ang puto.  well actually yung cup na ito lagi din nahihiram,  kasi yung kapatid ni nanay nagpuputo din at there is a time na nung sinoli ng tita ko yung mga cup tapos nung kami na yung gumamit, bigla nalang namakat yung mga mga puto so ang nangyari  gumawa nalang ulet kami ng panibago at nilagayan ng maraming mantika yung cup para lang di mamakat at hindi masayang yung mga puto^_^

This is were I arrange the  puto according to the color of the cup my favorite color in our cup is red, because aside from naiaayos kong mabuti yung mga cup ng walang nabubuwal o walang nahuhulog, normally pag talaga di magkakasukat yung mga cup may posibility na nabuwal at oras kasi na mabuwal ito reject na sya dahil ung cheese sa ibabaw o ung itlog na maalat ay madedeform na o matatabunan nung nabuwal na puto which is sa pag gawa talaga nito ay dapat maingat kasi konting likot mu lng sira ung pagkakaayos mo hangang ilalim.

      



             

 so ito naman yung mga cup na di magkakakulay, badtrip ako kapag ito na yung cup na ginagamit ko kasi lagi syang nabubuwal at tatagilid ayun masisira na ung pagkakaayos nila parang may magulo lang na isa sira na lahat.

 The putong puti is made up in all purpose flour,white sugar, calumet (baking powder), original klim, alaska powdered milk or coffeemate, cheese and dairy  cream if you desire .
